Guide for Registering for the ETMED21 course online
Download the two files ETHNOMEDICINE Course info and scheduled date - Payment data.pdf and ETNOMED21 Application Form.
Read the info and do the Payment (details are inside the file).
Save the transaction payment as file.
Open the ETMED21 Application Form and fill(compile) in the required fields then SAVE IT.
You may use Adobe Acrobat Tools or other applications compatible with your Operative System or print it, compile and send as a picture.
Editing the document just clicking on it.
Take a clear picture of you (only shoulder and head) and save it.
Signature required e-digital format or you may insert your phone number
(you will receive a sms o message for Identity Confirmation Procedure, from the KJC's Office)
SEND all documents to the email address shown on the Application Form document or click on the button REGISTRATION ETMED21 from the website you get this Guide.
in Your mail you must attach these files:
1. Picture of You
2. ETMED21 Application Form compiled and saved
3. Copy of payment transaction.
If the documents are ok, you will receive e-mail wiht the confrmation and the Registration Number.
If your system doesn't work or files are unreacheable for any reasons, please send all document data by e-mail.
